Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for Federal FY 2021-2023

The Blue Water Area Transportation Commission (BWATC) proposed its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2021-2023 of 1.4216% each year for Department of Transportation Funded Projects.
A description of the goal methodology is available for public inspection by request for a thirty (30) day period ending June 12, 2020.  Written comments on the goal will be accepted for 45 days from the date of this notice and may be sent to: The address below or to the Regional Civil Rights Officer, FTA, Region V, 200 West Adams Street, Suite 320, Chicago, Illinois 60606.
